On March 22, 2021, a homeowner allowed an insurance adjustor access to Wilshire while the homeowner was not at his residence.
The adjustors then went house to house soliciting from residents.
They also launched a drone that flew for approximately 15 minutes, taking photos of area residences.
The Roving patrol was called, and they asked the adjustors as to their credentials and waited with them until the homeowners who granted access to the adjustors came home.
Soliciting is strictly forbidden in Wilshire.( As per Bylaws)
and will not be tolerated.
If a homeowner has an appointment with any business entity, the homeowner must be home to meet them.
In order to maintain the safety of our neighborhood, soliciting
will not be tolerated.
